KLAMATH IS BOOMING!

Several blocks from this site is the Timbermill Shores  development (I can also sell you any land remaining there), on the shore of Lake Euwanna, the former home of the Modoc Lumber Company. The prime sites have already sold (for over $8.50 per foot). One thing you should know is that construction there will typically require pilings.

With this site there are fewer problems and costs associated with construction. And there is the added benefit of geothermal heat access, which costs significantly less than electric or natural gas heating. Commercial properties have boomed recently and this is the largest downtown site you may ever see offered for sale downtown. A savvy investor will buy this and either hold on to split in the future, or develop a multistory mixed-use commercial complex for income.
